  1. Will the floor mats fit my car?
    Yes! Our floor mats are 100% tailor-made for your vehicle.  Please provide your car’s make, model, and year when placing the order or when our staff contacts you after the order has been placed, and we’ll ensure a perfect fit.
  2. What materials do you offer?
    We currently offer three premium materials:
    - Flexible carbon fiber (sporty, sleek)
    - Nappa leather in woven pattern (luxury, cushioned)
    - Wool in houndstooth pattern (retro, textured)

  3. Can I customize my mats?
    Yes, we support customization options:
    -Decorative leather color
    -Stitching color
    -Embroidery content: text, graph, etc (car brand logos are not allowed)
  4. How to order a custom carbon fiber kit/component?
    Due to this being a specific made-to-order product, the price and production times could vary a lot, so please place an order or contact us to start the inquiry. 

🚚 Shipping & Production

  1. How long does delivery take for custom-made floor mats?
    Our floor mats are handcrafted and made to order to ensure a perfect fit and quality. 
    - Production: 7 business days 
    - Shipping: 7-14 days   
    Total estimated delivery time: 16-23 days
    (Mats made for exotic brand cars may vary)

💬 Order & Service

  1. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    If your order has not entered production, we can assist with changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. Can I track my order?
    Yes. Once your order is entered in the U.S., you will receive a tracking number via email.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  1. What is your return/refund policy?

    - Non-customized items: returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
    - Semi-customized and customized products: Not eligible for returns unless manufacturing defect or damage, as they’re uniquely made for you and your car.

    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
