Processing Time

  • Regular non-customized orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Customized or bespoke items are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed, and the production time will take another 7 to 14 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are already included in the product price for U.S. customers.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 days after production is completed.

  • Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to the U.S.

  • We currently ship primarily to addresses within the United States.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS once the products are in the U.S.

International Shipping

  • For customers outside the United States, please contact us at info@autovelcraft.com before placing your order. We will provide details on availability, shipping rates, and customs duties.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the product is shipped.

  • The tracking number will be available once the products are in the U.S.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Auto Velocraft is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

  • Auto Velocraft is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
